Shipping & Delivery
AllIndiaCollections.com takes great care in delivering your products and partners only with reputed courier services such as First Flight, DTDC, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Aramex.
Delivery Timeline
Domestic orders are shipped Monday to Saturday between 9 AM – 6 PM. Delivery may take up to 15 days, subject to courier company or post office norms.
At AllIndiaCollections.com, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. In the rare case of a defect, a replacement piece may be manufactured, which can result in slight shipping delays.
The shipping duration mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate. Unforeseen delays may occur, and in such cases, refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be entertained.
Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Charges
For orders below ₹1000, a delivery charge of approximately ₹150 (per item), depending on product weight, will apply.
Delays & Stock Issues
If your order is delayed due to an out-of-stock item or unusual processing time, we will notify you by email.
Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking numbers to become active on courier websites.
Alterations
Alterations for customized products are available. To-and-fro shipping charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.
Important Notes
- For incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses or if the door is locked at the time of multiple delivery attempts, re-shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
- In the rare case that an order is lost in transit, we will reprocess the order after 15 days.
- If your parcel is tampered with or damaged, please contact us immediately at allindiacollections4u@gmail.com with images of the package.
