Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders will be accepted within 2 hours of the shopping cart checkout time. Orders cancelled after 2 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel, please email us at allindiacollections4u@gmail.com within 2 hours of order placement.

Returns Window

You can place an Easy Return request within 7 days of order delivery. For Damaged or Missing products, the return request must be filed within 2 days of delivery.

1. Return requests will be reviewed by AllIndiaCollections.com.
2. If required, the request will be shared with the merchant for approval.
3. After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
4. If reverse pickup is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product; courier charges will be reimbursed by AllIndiaCollections.com.
5. Once the product is received and verified against your claim, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7 working days.
6. Replacement availability depends on merchant stock.

Terms & Conditions

• If the product is sent back without our consent, return/exchange will not be accepted.
• No returns/refunds/exchanges for customized or stitched products.
• Return/Exchange of a product will be accepted only once.
• Jewellery and gift items cannot be returned.
• For defects we may request a photo of the damaged product; after review we may send another piece of the same design.
• If multiple products were ordered and some items are unavailable, you may be asked to select another product, accept store credit, or receive a refund only for the unavailable item(s).
• For alterations, customers must send the product back; shipping charges for alterations are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds for orders paid through net banking will be credited to your respective bank account. Replacement or refund amounts will be processed after verification and will typically be completed within 7 working days.
